1. Who we are
This site is operated by GoldFields Global Canada Inc. and GoldFields Global Trading LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected and exclude delivery unless stated.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing or delivery is not viable, and will refund in full.
3. Product information
Nutritional figures are given as working ranges from laboratory analysis of representative samples. Natural forage varies between cuts. The analysis sheet supplied with your delivery is the authoritative figure for that lot.
4. Advice
Feeding plans and consultations are advisory. They are not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always involve your vet where a horse is unwell.
5. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Risk passes on delivery. Please inspect bales on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns
Because forage is perishable and consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened bales. Where a lot is defective we will replace it or refund it. See our returns process on the FAQ page.
7. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for Gulf orders, and the province of Ontario, Canada, for North American orders.
